ALWAYS drawing HEAT after deck reshuffle

Hi all, this is driving me insane, why is the randomization of the deck not random at all, if there is HEAT cards on the deck, more than likely I will draw almost all of then in the next consecutives turns, my hand will look like a flipping inferno, this can not be randome for sure, if there any rules that I am missing here!, why why why always have to draw all of them at once!!!

Try to time your reshuffle better also maybe and not have all heat in your reshuffle. The good players discard an extra card sometimes in a turn before (sometimes 2 turns before already) as they know I reshuffle with just 1/2 heat in deck, then i go around the corner using extra heat, but i know i don't have the chance to see that heat directly in my reshuffle on the big straight, but i see it 1 reshuffle later when i am on the slower part of the track.

But still sometimes you can see more heat than you want, but then you had to setup your race differently also. And sometimes you are unlucky with the shuffle, but i think most times you can try to manage your heat better in those cases.
