Multiple accounts allowed?

I have suspicions that *, *, and * are the same player (my apologies if they are not). They are taking up nearly half the top 10 for this game. Is this allowed?

One odd thing about it is the one name is undefeated against the other in arena play (12 games). Seems a bit odd that 2 top 10 players would be so unevenly matched. Should be more like 8 wins out of 12 for the better player. Could just be variance but it’s odd. You could play terrible and still luck into a win once in 12 games.

Also, anyone can easily still tell which 3 players it is based on country.

atm 1st and 2nd place of the season are occupied by the same person - it is obvious by list of games, avatar, stat, and other attributes
maybe it is allowed but it is definitely ill

I've reported several multiple account issues in the past where they were playing each other and gotten them moderated.
