Pantheon Ra Rework?

Is it just me, or does Ra ruin the Pantheon expansion? It is so OP that basically every game turns into a battle to be first in age 2. How about BGA adds an option to play with a rework of Ra. My suggestion is as follows: Draw 3 wonders from the box and keep one (not yet build, limit of build wonders stays 7). I think this would tesult in more unique, balanced games. Any thoughts?
