How does the filter system work?

I use filter to play only with players ELO 300+. I opened the game table and the next day I had random ppl 100-300 ELO. The game automatically starts. Why did this happen?

It seems you started Arena game. They don't have Elo restriction unfortunately. Also, they start automatically.
