Is there a typo in the game description? "wind card"

I'm in the process of translating this game into my language and I've just noticed this in the game description:

In Panda Spin, each player attempts to be the first to rid their hand of cards, collecting bamboo in the process to keep their pandas well fed.

In more detail, Panda Spin is a climbing game played with a special deck of "double-headed" cards. All cards start with the orange animals toward the top. Each player receives a random wind card — each of which has a unique playing condition — and a hand of eleven cards, with the remaining cards placed in a deck.

Nowhere in the game rules, other game strings etc. have I found anything about any "wind card", and the card that you get just one and has unique playing condition is the Element card, that lets you win the trick. So I wonder: is it perhaps a typo and supposed to be "win card" instead?

I ask on the Forum because there's no good cathegory for this in bug report and even if there was, I can't report without a table number and I only played this game in hot seat mode to see the context of the strings (and I'm not even sure it's an error, perhaps there's something that I'm missing and I really am supposed to translate it as "wind card")

For now I leave the translation with "Element card" instead of "wind card" in my language to avoid confusion, but I would appreciate any clarification

Hello, it seems to be a typo in the presentation that was written on BGG.

Please know that this tyoe does not exist in the final rulebook, as this presentation was written when the game was still a prototype. In it's final form, you do not automatically receive an element card (and yes, it should be element instead of wind) at the beginning of the game. Instead, you'd receive 12 cars distributed randomly (one or multiple of theses cards could be elements, it just depends on the distribution).
