Can't proceed in Seasons

Horn of plenty asks me to discard energy token at the end of the round, but my energy reserve is zero. how to proceed?

You'd probably have more luck posting this in the Seasons game forum than in the general discussion forum. I don't know the answer, without seeing what you see I couldn't say. Can you just confirm without selecting an energy token?

Am new to the forum, where do I find Seasons forum? No, I cannot confirm Only option is to select a token to discard,but I have zero tokens

Scroll further down the list of forums. Or probably more easily, access it from the game page (because the forum list for games shows you any games you have played, so for me, it's unusable).

You can pass normally, dont win point, dont discord if you havn't

not true. i dont have a button to pass, i have only a button "discard"
