Google linked account constantly logs out

I have no issues staying logged in on my PC browser with a Google-linked account BGA account. But for some reason on mobile (Chrome, Android) it logs me out several times a day. Does anyone know what I can do about that?

After I click "Login with Google", I briefly get flashed with a dialog that asks "Do you want to always stay connected when using this web browser?" and I click 'Yes', but it seems to make no difference. The page moves on fairly quickly, so I'm not sure my answer is even registering.

I've also tried installing the app version of the BGA web page, as is suggested, but I experience the same behaviour.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm able to log in fine, but it's quite annoying, and I can't believe I'm the only one who gets this.

I’m logging in using email and password and have been logged out twice today. Usually I stay logged in for months. Last week I thought it was basic account holders who were getting logged out to limit traffic, but I’ve been a premium member for several years. I am on an iPad, I haven’t tried my desktop machine yet.

I have no pb on my android phone.
But I got the same pb on my tablet.

The difference between the two, on my phone i dont have the app installed. So I guess the App is at fault

Using chrome, username and password. today and yesterday I’ve been logged out 3-4 times. It’s putting me off playing games with timers where I feel I need to check often.

I'm using Chrome Version 128.0.6613.138 on a desktop iMac OS 10.15.7 Catalina. I never had a problem until this week. Every day it kicks me out and I have to log back in.

How do I get my account to link to Google? Or is it safer not to, considering all of these logouts people have been experiencing?

If you still encounter disconnection issues, please report them using the https://boardgamearena.com/support with relevant information : your account ID, approximate date of disconnections, etc. This will really help solving the issue!
