Achievement earned but not awarded - any ideas?

Has anyone else earned an achievement but not had it awarded after a game?

I recently had 20 consecutive victories in Azul Duel but did not receive the Banzai achievement for that. I did receive the "20 Victories" and '20 games played' achievements, but not the Banzai.

Any ideas on something I could do to trigger that award? (besides winning again ... I'm hopeful on that front but nothing is guaranteed)
I've already refreshed and tried signing out & back in.

I already processed a bug report about this, but I'm not sure if it will ever be addressed so I thought to ask the forum to see if anyone has run into a similar problem.

Perhaps your (older) open Arena games count.

This would be very feasible because otherwise one could start 50 games in parallel (with a slow time setting) and only finish those that one is winning. Thus it would be easy to get 20 consecutive wins even with a win rate below 50%.

I wonder if that is the case; it could explain it.

It would be quite a surprise to see the Banzai award appear in an example when I had won a game shortly after losing another (if the loss started after the win)!

I'm sure there are some who manage it, but I can't imagine having 50 instances of the same game going on at once!
