I don't think digital services are affected yet, though who knows if they will be attempted in the future.

It impacts Terraforming Mars already.

The card "Convoy from Europe" used to be 15 MC, but with 20% tariffs for Europe it already costs 18 MC, making it a less viable play.

It's Europa, not Europe, although you-know-who probably doesn't know the difference. Apparently porcelain has been hit a high tariff :D
