Also, your first investigate card is the best card in the game in my opinion

I think I misplayed that last turn thinking I was going to need to use the 3-straight-water in the SE to get the tower+water space, so ended up getting a couple of 9 point trade routes instead of 12 points (since I should have been able to include the 4 in 2 more than I did? 6 points isn't the end of the world)
