Arena Matching Algorithm Question

I want to try experimenting with setting restrictions for Arena, but I don’t know how to do this. I’m only able to set restrictions by ELO level and setting the restriction to my ELO level doesn’t seem to restrict to my “league” level (or my ELO level). Anyone know how to I can set filters?

Select Arena in the leftmost button
Click on the cogwheel next to the game (add it to your favorites if it's not there)
Click on "Show advanced options"
Click on "Change" below "Player's level"
