Option to let us choose the side of buildings and train cars

According to the rules (point 3 and 8 of the setup) when can change the face of one or more of them.

The rules don't restrict or even mention the manners in which we can do that : at random, by consensus, chosen by the players one by one....
It's all up to us to decide how we pick the sides.

Given that some building sides are unbalanced (mainly *2a*) and therefore annoying for 3/4 players games, we really should be able to choose what we want to play with.

According to the game's official Appendix from Lookout Spiele (https://www.lookout-spiele.de/upload/en ... 250904.pdf), the Building 2a is supposed to be an *OR* between the two actions, and you are not supposed to be able to use both actions. So this is really a bug in the game that needs to be fixed.

I agree it would be nice to be able to pick the buildings, though.
