Here's a proposal from player "Exotic Dreams" for a change to the long queuing process process that happens in some Arena games.

The proposal is that many game don't start because a player has been in the queue for a long time and has become in-attentive. Prior to pairing, prospective players would be pinged to determine if they are still ready to play. If BGA can get enough positive replies, the game would begin as normal. If some players don't reply, the queue would continue until all players have acknowledged that they are ready to play. This protects the Arena queuing of not revealing who is on a table prior to pairing, and it would resolve the issue with games that do not start due to a player being afk.
