I have just released version 1.11.14, which contains fixes for the dark mode for the following games :
- Cafe
- Stonespine Architects
- Falconry
- Classified Informations
- Super
- Tower Up
- Quartermaster General East Front

This versions also add the following modifications :
- New version of chat dark emoticons
- The chat dark emoticons are now disabled by default and should be enabled if you want them
- Fix an issue in in-game chat : the dark emoticons were always used, whatever the settings
- Add an option to remove the "fast start" button if you don't want it
- Add an option to remove the "hide game" button if you don't want it
- Fix a display issue in "fast start" button (better respect of bga's default style)
- Fix an issue with advanced home page in Firefox
- Add "troubleshooting" section in option popup (allows to import/export/reset the extension settings)

@sporter design: Personally, I like your icons, but I can understand why some users don't like them.
I think (I hope) that the majority of users will be satisfied by deactivating them by default and allowing them to be activated if desired.
Honestly, it's hard to please everyone :p

Below are the results of a study into how Color Affects Recognition of Emoticon Expressions.
It is quite interesting to me that I personally dislike yellow emojis and cyan is my favourite colour, given I have had depression for many years.

Favourite colours are a very different thing though - I get why people see red as representative of anger, but it's my favourite colour (and I don't think I'm generally an angry person). Funnily enough, orange is one of my most hated colours - even though when red is not available in a game, people often suggest orange as an alternative, which is usually the last colour I will pick if there's a choice. Purple is my normal next go-to, then blues. Which are quite different from red really!

The scores under players' names in the new game Symbiose are in black, in dark mode it is black on black, you get the picture, hehe. Also, often on the forum the solid black background doesn't appear, instead I get the planks, it needs 1-2 refreshes for it to register. My suggestion is to completely discard the planks, it doesn't look good or practical on the forum or any game, we need a solid non-distracting background.

I have just released version 1.11.15, which contains fixes for the dark mode (thanks to Nalka!) for the games "French tarot" and "nana tori dori"
This version now allows you to quickly send me a bug report for dark mode, using the dark mode popup in the top of the screen. (The report is sent to the group "Browser Extension Bug Reports")
So don't hesitate, it's easy and will help the extension to improve!

Would it be possible for the extension to hide "arena seasons" posts in the Newsfeed tab on this page - https://boardgamearena.com/player ?
My newsfeed is full of posts that say: "Dear players, a new arena season has started and some options changed for [game name] (...)"

I can only filter what is displayed, and not decide what is received, and this is a moment when we all receive near 100% of this kind of message
