Bonjour, est ce que le jeu a des cartes en français ? J'adore ce jeu, mais je ne parle pas anglais.

Les cartes sont en anglais pour que tout le monde ait les mêmes cartes bonus mais quand tu joues (tout du moins sur PC) il suffit de passer sur une carte pour voir la traduction en français donc c'est jouable sans parler anglais.

Hi, this is on my list of improvements for a future update to replace the rasterized text on cards with translatable text, as is used in other implementations. As others have noted, the rules will still follow the English version, but this will make it so non-english speakers have an easier time playing the game without relying on tooltips.

Thank you for your commitment to the user benefit! However, I would like to point out that this approach can lead to problems when other languages require more characters for translation (e.g. German requires about 30% more than English). This can lead to the text flowing over the edge of the card.
