"Played cards history" - in what order?

Post by zilv »

I'm having a hard time understanding what order the "Played cards history" is showing me the played cards. Hoping someone could help with an explanation. They appear to be random.

I see the card graphic. Below that I see the name of the person who played the card. Next row: an "#" followed by a one or two digit number, then "Period" (which I presume means Building Period) and 1,2,3, or 4. Last row: "Card n." followed by a one-digit number.

They do not appear to be grouped by Period, or Card n., or anything else that I can see.

I'd like them to be ordered by Period, then Card n. or Card n.X (Added).

Am I missing something?

This confuses me as well, and I think something is wrong.

I bet "#120" means something like "action 120", and that it is counting every player choice; like choosing whether to receive resources from another player's supplier, whether to pay a card fee, etc. That would explain why e.g. three cards, two with "(added)", will be grouped together under the same number.

"Period" is which building period the card was played, and "Card n." orders the cards within that building period. E.g. if it says "Landstrykare, Period 3, Card n. 4" that would mean that it was my fourth card played that building period. "(Added)" means that you got to play it "for free" because it matched an opponents card.

Edit: For some reason it orders the card history in the same order as the display of cards, so all occurences of Builder being played first, etc.

Hi, there was a bug in the history cards order, it should be fixed now, sorting the cards in the order they were played.

The #number corresponds to the game move number.
