Can't start a game with default options and 5 players

When trying to start a game with default options and 5 players, I get this error:

Propagating error from gameserver 15 (method: createGame): Fatal error during bunnykingdom setup: Invalid number of players for In The Sky (reference: GS15 16/04 18:28:13)
(reference: MU 16/04 18:28:13)

From reading some more, I know that "In The Sky" is an expansion that adds a 5th player. However there is no option to enable/disable this expansion, and I can see other public tables that have these settings and presumably work.

Has anyone else run into this issue?
