both would be very useful to me and I am sure many others (i dont even ever need the alternative, the way it is now):
1) make it a customizable option that, in hotel if you add a piece from the starting spot to an area/room, you can never swap the piece with an existing one in the same area. so if you put the new piece and click a bit too close to one existing in that area, currently the second one gets reset to the starting spot. losing lots of time. therefore it feels arduous and always a bit unsafe especially in easy/normal hotel when you want to be fast. with the suggested option you just click anywhere on the area to add the new piece and must never fear a previous piece getting removed.
2) conneced to 1). 1 is sensible because if you indeed want to put a piece from the playing area back to the starting position, you click it directly. this however should also be made easier + short and reliable; by allowing you to click the piece and then anywhere on the starting area or even just outside the playing area. the way it is right now you have to hit a quite small zone and most often dont even know which starting spot a piece belonged to. so you must click it & then wait and see a bit where it came from & then hit that starting spot. losing time multiple, both of which would be easily solved by the suggestion.
