Creating 1 forum per game

As a thought, if one forum per game is considered too much, what about considering one forum per game publisher? While it won't cut it down a lot, it will mean that Sabateur and Sabateur II will share one forum, as well as games such as Quorridor and Quarto. Judging by who I see at those tables, they would be visited by the same people anyway.

Granted, some distributors publish a lot of different types of games, so this may not work.

My 2 cents :
- I don't think one forum per publisher is a good way of organizing things (some will be crowded, others quite desert)
- What if we had one forum per game but those are sorted by activity rather than alphabetically ? This way the games that are never discussed would fall to the bottom and would not clutter the forums; and it would create a kind of emulation between the active games' communities : if you want your favorite games to stay on top, you've got to make significant contributions to their forums.

Hello dear friends I recently joined this site and I'm really delighted by this community. Always helpful and just simply nice to each other.

So here is my word about editing this forum.

In my opinion on the main site of forum there should be part named "Games". And after clicking on that we are moved to the list of all games availible on BGA. But those should not be just one by one topics. Each game should have few topics such as "Discussion about the rules", "Strategy", "General discussion about the game" and maybe a part called "Tournaments" if for this game any are organized
This should make this forum more sorted and well organized. That's really important to bring other people to discussion and make forum alive. Games could be sorted by recent posts, or just alphabetically as it doesnt matter THAT much. And if any topic is missing or there is just a need to create any users could contact with mod or admin so he can create it

But you guys can't forget neither about one important thing that every nice forum has, and that brings the communities get to know each other in personal way. I mean OFF - TOPIC part called Hyde Park or something like that! Place where users of this website during the breaks between the games could talk about such a things as movies, music or just writing some jokes. Don't forget about such a part here if you want to make this place really cool!
