Rats of Wistar Digged vs Dug

Hey everyone! My first time in here, so point me in the right direction if this is the wrong place to discuss.

In the Rats of Wistar rulebook, as well as the cards themselves, the past tense of "Dig" being used is "Digged". Digged is an archaic term that is no longer used in modern English (as evidenced by the red squiggly lines under Digged as I write this, because it's not a word anymore.

The correct term is "dug". I was hoping to fix this by fixing the automatically translation, but I realized that I'm not doing anything for the cards themselves, and other references to it. As a native English speaker, it drives me nuts while playing, because it comes up a LOT.

Is there any way to correct the text on the cards themselves, or are they imported images of actual card/something digital that is immutable without the source? If we can't change them, should we leave the incorrect terms in the places we *can* change to avoid confusion?

What can/should we do?

Well, I can tell you that "digged" does not exist in the translation system for the game. So any instance of "digged" in the game can only be changed by the developer, you can contact them from the game's main page.

If the physical game uses digged, possibly that's because the designer wants it that way. And usually the designer/ publisher wants the BGA version to look as closely as possible to the physical game.

Afaik the publisher is Italian. Imo this is an oversight from the official rulebook translators. You should contact the publisher.
