Penalty for create table and leave it unattended

I suggest karma penalty for create real-time table and miss start when table is filled. It is unfair with other players.

Agreed. It is very annoying when people do this.

Or perhaps after a while a dialog should appear asking the host whether he's still there. I he doesn't respond within a minute or so, the table is automatically closed.
