Whilst the interface clearly shows how many bonus tokens are in the reserve deck, it doesn't show how many cards are in the deck or discard pile, and I don't think the game history makes note of when the discard pile is reshuffled to reform a deck.
I would like to know this, as it does inform high-level strategy and would be immediately obvious in an over-the-table game.
