Troubleshooting Video chat?

Hi, I tried the video chat option with my mom last week, and we couldn't get it to work. We both have premium memberships. I started the video chat and she joined it. We could each see our own video feeds live, with the icons green for video and mics, indicating they were working. However, neither of us could see or hear the other. From my perspective, her video box was just black with red icons, and vice versa. Did we miss a step or something? How can we get this to work?
