Red Thumb should be reviewed

Another reason to review the red thumb is the use of it to not play against the "strong ones" in Arena.

I had a guy, all new account (25 february). I played once with him. He treathens to "red thumb me" because "the system goes in my favor" instead of admitting I'm better in a game I have 4600 games, and him 127 and so he still makes mistakes…

And I discovered then that some people can "red thumb" others just to avoid playing against the players who beat them… And in the Arena, it's problematic. Even if I doubt they can crawl high enough with this form of cheating.

I think red thumbs should have an expiration date. I found someone who red thumbed me who I've never played a game with. Multiple account user I guess. But it ends up hindering game making in arena. I took all my red thumbs off over the course of a few weeks and I couldn't even recall why I gave most of them. Even took it off the most obnoxious guy in the game. I'd rather just beat them than avoid them. More satisfying.
