I feel like a total idiot. I have a larger iPad that I use to play many BGA games, but I’m not very computer literate.
I’ve tried to play Quartermaster General: East Front in solo mode. I can’t seem to get anywhere. It allows me to move pieces but the ability to play a piece or perform an action totally alludes me. I’ve attempted every combination of inputs I can think of. I’ve tried selecting cards, deleting cards, tried deleting units, selecting units, choosing units, I’ve tried dragging and dropping units. I’ve tried every combination and sequence of these steps. Nothing results. I’ve read the rules, watched the tutorial, watched games in progress, looked for strategy tips, conducted online searches and queries. I’ve gotten nowhere. I conclude that this game is not enabled for an iPad. What am I missing ? Do I need a mouse device or some other external device / pc to play this game ? Is that iPad limitation stated somewhere ?
