Move leader for a draw

In the rules, it's wrote that leader can not move if he is captured.
But it should have an exception if this movement capture the opponent leader too and finish as a draw game

Why would you want that ? It's just part of the strategy to take advantage of this rules, instead of a draw you can have a clear winner, it is definitely better. I'd be frustrated if I'd have to face a suicidal draw move from the opponent when i'm on an advantage situation

I agree with Y O D. Additionally it would deny the leader offensive potential, which would change the game completely (to the wrong direction imo)
