I've only recently started playing in this site (about 10 games in total), mostly the game of Hex.
I usually play in other sites (turn based) and not real time. In those sites, misclicks rarely happen because you have the option to correct a move before clicking "Send".
So it was kind of confusing for me at first and I actually made a misclick in a game. Which of course meant that I consequently lost the game.
In another game, with a different opponent, something curious happened. The opponent complained - late in the game - in a comment that he had misclicked in one of the first moves.
To be honest, the move does not look good and I believe that he may have misclicked. None the less, we continued the game and I won.
Here is the message I got when I entered one more game with him:

Hi
As I said at the end of the last game: I don't want to play against you again. So why do you join a game I created?
In case you didn't read my previous explanation. You saw I made a misclik that gave you the advantage and the victory, in this case good spirited players, either play a silly move to compensate so that the game eventualy keep an interest, or offer to cancel the game. I did it several time, and most players here would do it and I benefit that occasionnaly. No harm done, everyone sees games as he chooses.
So I ll propose to cancel the new game. If you refuse I ll have to report you.
Bye

I've never heard such bullshit before.
You never requested we stop or quit the game or me playing some random bad move, to compensate for your misclick.
You only said "f**k misclick" and only after 10 more moves have been played and the outcome was obvious.
Then when I asked which move you meant, you replied it was a move very early in the game.
You also never said that you don't want to play with me again. Maybe you did but I never received such a message.
As for the what is custom in this site, I've only played 10 games so I have no idea what the norm or etiquette is. The one game I misclicked though, we continued playing and I lost it.
I would never request others to compensate for my mistakes.
Report whatever you like. The admins here can read the comments of the game.

Is this really the etiquette here? People to quit a game if the opponent made a misclick?
And in any case, welcoming new players with such behaviour, makes me feel I am not welcomed here.
