hai! i'm new to the site, so please forgive me if i've got anything wrong
a few things:
1. how to actually contact moderators or site staff?
i just "played" a game vs someone who, immediately upon game start, started crying about how the game is over and that he can't win, proceeding to just take minimal actions to stay in the game while refusing to abandon or concede. it's a safe bet that this player pulls this * all of the time, and if site moderators can do anything but ban people for using insignificant and context-neutral words, then those exhibiting this behavior consistently and completely ruining the site experience for everyone who has the misfortune of running into them, must be banned
in a vain gesture to try and help others (i, of course, thankfully never again will have to suffer through this *, from this particular person), i am now trying to bring the matter to the attention of moderators, so that something is done. despite the problem being among the most serious i can imagine on a site like this, i am finding this pursuit excruciatingly frustrating and futile, both, and would like some help on how to proceed, seeing as the presumably intended method is completely useless; it won't let me enter a thing, every single thread leading to "please report this to us if you come across it" or "give a thumbs down"--the former of which is extremely ironic, and the latter silly
2. please make the aforementioned "report" feature less useless, so that it can facilitate anything but banning people for harmless words. one part of this must be a clear and available method of something as elementary as contacting site support staff without going through ten poorly conceived and written forms. were this opportunity also extended to the notification page of those "moderated", the apparently rampant problem of people taking to these boards to discuss their moderating cases should resolve itself, like magic (i strongly suspect that people wouldn't be posting about moderating cases of theirs on the forums, if it were possible to interact with a human being instead of the worst designed form & moderating system that i have ever seen)
outside of alleviating "clutter" or "spam", the above would undoubtedly also benefit the site, long-term, since i imagine that the current system of communicating with site staff as well as moderating drives many a user away
3. how does one block people from chats with oneself, on this site?
kind thanks in advance
*Moderator edit: please refrain from swearing on BGA, this is a family-friendly platform.
