Who made the game Mercado de Lisboa?

BGA states author of the game is Lacerda?

The box says Lacerda was a designer, Julian was an artist.

Im pretty sure, BGA is an official server with all trademarks reserved. Can you approve the game was made by maestro Vital Lacerda?

Maybe I dont understand difference between game designer and game artist?

It also agrees with all the images on BGG: "Artwork by Pedro Soto. Designed by Vital Lacerda & Julián Pombo".
