Tournament doesn’t start

I have hosted this tournament https://boardgamearena.com/tournament?id=385650 and it says it started 2 days ago. But there are still no tables and people could register after starting time. Anyone has any idea why this happens?

Looks to me like a bug. I would hazard a guess that the bug is this: when the mode of the tournament is "groups" and stage 1 is Swiss, setting the number of games to "Auto" causes the server to get very confused with the result that the tournament does not begin.

The developers have confirmed the bug and are working on a fix.

I hope they also "unstick" the currently stuck tournaments affected.

Groups stage auto-number-of-matches bug

A bit late with my reaction, but the tournament i mentioned was automatically canceled after a few days
