Please add Expansions!

This might not be the appropriate place for this type of reply, but I've been in software development for 5+ years and would be willing to help out or even start the software part of incorporating a expansion into the 7 wonders offering of BGA. Where can I take this?

Thank you so much! Edifice is the only expansion I have never played because I own all of the expansions for the old edition but this is only for the new one!

Is it me or now that an expansion is added... no one wants to play it -____-. I just cannot find a table that wants it, a bit sad and ironic =(

I found one without problems but maybe it is because not everyone read this forum and they don't look at the new setting while creating a game. I hope with time they will notice.

well edificie is the only expansion i dont really want to play lol. it adds shared building and sounds stupid, maybe it is fun but i can see why people dont wanna try on bga. leaders everyone would play and ships would prolly also be popular. im skeptical about babylon as well.

I'm not everyone, apparently, I think leaders is a distraction and introduces an unnecessary element of gambling ("I think I might play this strategy in the future, let's draft this leader"). Then either I guessed right (and got a reward), or guessed incorrectly and the leader is either wasted or I end up playing something suboptimal. Like instead of reacting to card distribution and opponents' choices I also have to consider possible reward from the leader.

But many people like it for sure.

PS: I strongly dislike Cities and sort of like Armada, especially in 4-player setup. Cities + Leaders is chaotic but can be considered fun, especially in real life.

For me it's probably one of the BGA features of the year to find this expansion of 7 Wonders being available here. Edifice modifies the mechanics of the game in an interesting way that makes sense and provides some more variety. Suddenly, you need more money, an additional timing aspect and you have an additional kind of interaction through the edifices. You may also find an apparently weak wonder to be just what you need in certain scenarios. That's why I've been playing with the Edifice option quite a lot recently.

Edifice might make the game more dependent on the player count though. With seven players I would think you'll often have a rush. With three players edifice prospects may become a bit risky. I have mostly aimed for five player tables so far.
