Apiary - go to game does not work

Started my first game of Apiary on BGA. Not my turn yet'but 'go to game' does not work. Cannot post a bug report as I do not have the table number. Hopefully,I will be able to get into the game when it is my turn.

Your table number is 676780185, must be some big because it won't let me go to it either

There was an issue with 5 player tables that didn't start properly. This has now been addressed. Broken tables should be abandoned

What did you mean by 'abandon' ? Since I still could not get to the table,I thought you meant to quit the game.So I did that,got told off and given a 10-point karma penalty. I also had to click on 'got that'before I could do anything else on BGA
I was only doing what I thought you wanted me to do
I wasn't hurting anybody by quitting that game.So your system was wrong to tell me off,wrong to give me a karma penalty,and wrong to make me click on 'got that'.

Well, Apiary is in beta status. BGA says:

„This game is a BETA version. By playing it, you may encounter bugs or instability: in some cases, this could affect your Karma. If you are not willing to take this risk, you should play in Friendly ∞ Mode.“

Hi,Thomas. Good point. Playing a game in Beta can affect my karma -yes,I accept that. But complying with BGA's instructions should not hurt my karma. BGA said that the bug had been fixed,but that players who were in games affected by the bug should abandon those games. Since 'go to game' still did not work,I couldn't do an 'abandon game' for all players to agree to,because I could not get to the table to do that. So the only was I had of abandoning the game - which was still showing in my list of games being played - was to 'quit game'. Only when I did that,I got told off for quitting the game,and given a 10-point karma penalty. And I was forced to click on 'got it'before I could continue on BGA,when I had done nothing wrong.

The game developer told you to abandon the game, not BGA. They are different functions

The instruction to abandon the game appeared on the bugs page where I was following the news on the bug that I had posted and other players had added info to.It stated that the bug had been fixed for future games,but players in the affected game[s] should abandon them. I also received an instruction to abandon the current game in an email signed by Emma from BGA.
