At Higher Level is MW a better game?

From the look of it, MW 2p players are more consistent and dominant. Does that mean at the higher level it's a far better game? Why? I thought it would be much more random.

How'd you come to the conclusion MW is more consistent? Higher ranked players have the advantage of being ahead of the curve on the expansion meta. But watching the leaderboard this season I've seen a lot more oscillation from top players who were more steady in previous seasons. They go on winning streaks, pop up near the top, then lose a couple of games and drop under top ten again. Current top player is on a very good streak right now, seems to be near a score where they could start camping. I don't think the winning score for this season is going to be as high as for the base game.
