I think Uskebasi cheat with chiarabracadabra to many games : Perudo (rank 1) , dragonheart (5th) , cinco (10th) , he play just with chiarabracadabra

Just Uskebasi win, never chiarabracabra.

To Perudo , he finish first and second... they dont play agains other (never dudo for exemple...)
When Uskebasi play alone, he dont win...
I was to make 2 rapports, (no guilty...) Others players make to rapport too .

If you also you think as me , say that ! No cheating on bga!

While you really shouldn't be accusing one (or two) players by name (Please edit your post accordingly) your post does show some problems that do arise whenever something like ranking are introduced: people try to cheat the system and gain more meaningless internet points, so that others are envious of those unfairly earned points.

The BGA wiki states that

Boosting your ELO by playing against yourself

This is the most stupid and useless thing to do on BGA.

Why? Because this is very easy to detect, and because the penalty is:

all your secondary account are removed.
your primary account is reset to 1500 ELO for all games.

Why this is so easy to detect:

[...] In BGA, every game can be replayed. So if a game is suspect, anyone can replay it and check if this is a real game or a fake game.
[...] Consequently, it happens that some players manage to do ELO boosting, but at the end they are all detected and reset to 1500. This is why this is a waste of time for everyone, and this is why this is useless.

So you are definitely right, it does seem a bit strange when players who show such a cheating behaviour are always found not guilty, seems like the system is not yet quite right. Although one has to admit that it isn't always that easy to detect cheating with 100% certainty, so maybe it is better to let some cheaters go unpunished than to punish innocent players. But, yeah, I, too, have seen cases where blatant cheating was ruled non guilty

Your screenshot states otherwise. 80% is far from 100%. Maybe they just have a different skill level? After some time you almost can't win ELO when the gap is too big. (At least not if you win only 80%). I didn't analyze further so maybe you're still right and c. only won in 1 specific game? But please don't say never if it's not never (and please avoid the names like qwert said).

Characadabra has a goood elo too, because, he loose just vs ukesbasi! (strange no??? )
See several games to Perudo , it's not possible they dont cheting.... impossible....
