"That's not always about folks at BGA purely, that sometimes is a publisher's decision"
I understand that. But in my examples (Fantasy Flight Games or Z-Man Games who makes Pandemic), Asmodee owns both the publisher and BGA. But no Pandemic expansions or a single Fantasy Flight Game.

I personally would love to implement New Era/Winter.
Lol, the folks at BGA rarely put in the effort to get expansions for games.
Terraforming Mars? Ark Nova? Carcassonne? Bang?

I understand that. But in my examples, (Fantasy Flight Games or Z-Mann Games who makes Pandemic), Asmodee both owns those publishing companies (and many more) and the BGA website. But we have still have not gotten a single Pandemic expansion or a single Fantasy Flight game on this site. When you ask about this in the general forums, no one from the official website staff will answer.

Asmodee "owning" companies is irrelevant. The companies make their own decisions. Besides, it's not just a matter of licensing, you need to find a developer willing to implement it for free... or hire one.

You are wrong on how ownership works. If a company owns another company then the owner company can tell what the owned company what to do. What's the point of buying another company if they can still do whatever they want to do? If Disney tells Pixar to make another Cars movie then Pixar is going to make another Cars movie.

2nd, BGA refuses to list what licenses they have, if they did we can see what games can be developed and that will encourage people to try and develop them for free or for paid (either through community driven crowdfunding or BGA using the profits of paying players (of which I used to be one but no longer) to actually develop the games people actually want to play rather than no-name boring Euro games).

They do in the developer site

How much profit do you think this site actully makes? Also plenty of people play those "no-name boring Euro games", just because you don't want them doesn't mean the rest of us follow the same opinion. BGA has 40 of the top 100 games on BGG, for the yearly cost that is insane value
