Penalties from during server issues

I have 2 penalties from when the servers were having issues last week. Is there any way I can get them removed? No matter how many times I refreshed the game, the timer kept ticking down but I was unable to click continue/stop for the dice after selecting my move.

The server admins are working on it and will remove your penalties in aprox. 55-60 days .

Don't worry, nobody judges you for 2 penalty-entries in the meantime .

Aren't they removed after 60 days anyway? lol

Sadly, I've had people boot me from games for it, and I've also been unable to join games because of it. That is why I wanted it removed.

What? For 2 games? You have 150 recent games - it's not possible to make the settings so you can't join with 1,5% penalty. (Except if you tried at a time where the "recent-games-counter" was bugged)

1 or 2 penalties happen to the fairest players from time to time. I think the Admins already removed some penalties from server-problems-times. Maybe some slipped through - if everyone with this problem posts here there might be a lot of manual checking for the admins. So relax . They'll disappear soon enough...
