OK, now it has been more than a day since players from Italy are neither able to correctly connect to the site nor to play.
In the meanwhile, there was no feedback from BGA.
Honestly, I am a little bit disappointed by the BGA users care.

We would really appreciate an official feedback.
Could you please let us knows if you are aware of the problem?
Or if there is anydody who is working to fix this problem?

Thanks in advance for your consideration.

I am from Spain and, during the last few days, playing was really difficult (and it still is). I sometimes play the same turn twice or three times before the servers understands that it's the other player's turn... and it's the same for other players (they tell me via chat while playing).

I do not pay any monthly fee so I guess this does not give me the right to ask for anything, but please, solve the problem or tell us when it will be ok. I think we are all quite understanding and all we want is to be able to play "in a stable way" asap. Knowing what's going own will help us understand and fell better about this.

Thanks in advance,
Agila

Really strange things happen i.e. in 6. Nimmt! I sometimes see the next turn! Cards are played, but when i press F5 it appears that everyone is waiting for me to play the card, but now I know which cards they have chosen.

takenoko game yesterday ... i irrigated one hex and moved the panda to collect the bamboo.

game glitched so i refreshed my browser ... irrigation back in my panel ... panda moved .. but no bamboo.

other player wasted 2 turns trying to collect the phantom bamboo before he too refreshed his browser.

also had a couple of Noir vs Inspector where i got the information from polling ... game glitched ... could make a different play to poll different characters.

so it definitely is affecting the gameplay.

Playing has been next to impossible for me the last couple of days. If it's not me timing out, it's at least one of my opponents. Even after refreshing a bunch of times and being able to actually take an action, I see an inaccurate game state that I discover after a future refresh. It is very annoying.

I keep getting an invalid URL page when I launch a game and end up having to quit the game - angering my opponents and costing me ELO. I think I'm done here for a little while.
