'Open to players from group' does not work as expected

I organize (private) tournaments for a (public) group I created.
When I select the tournament options:

• Who can register? => private

• Open to players from group => 'groupname'

People from this 'groupname' can't join the tournament from the normal tournament page. They need the private link including the token to join. The settings make me assume the token is obsolete to join.

I noticed it happening for players with <100 ELO, don't know if that's related to the issue.

By default players who have not reached 100 ELO cannot register for a tournament. You can get around this by directly inviting each person who does not meet the threshold with the "Invite Players to This Tournament" button.
