Game Welcome Screen - How to turn it off?

Whenever I enter a table, the Welcome Screen is always displayed and I have to click it closed every time. It's annoying both on PC and phone.
Is there an Option setting that I am missing that allows me to turn this off?
(It only seems to happen for Mission Deep Sea)
I don't see any active or historical bugs, or forum entries by anyone else, so I'm thinking this is isolated to me only.

I see now this is the "Deep Sea Tour" screen, that supposedly gives an instructional tour of how the game works.
I am positive I have clicked the "Never show me this tour again" checkbox many times, but the screen keeps showing up every time I enter the table for my turn.

It's using local storage to remember your choice, so if your browser automatically clear that when you close it, then it's probably the reason why it keeps poping up.
