Did I miss that Bal T'ak got (power-) nerved ?

Hi,
I hardly ever play Gaia here on BGA, first time play with Bal T'ak now here on BGA.
I realised that I just started the game with 2 (I)+ 2 (II) power instead of 2 +4 as printed on the Bal Tak board of my game copy. Is this outdated and this race get nerved?

As far as I know, it's always been 2 (I) and 2 (II). Here's a picture of the board:

I'd be interested to see a picture of your copy. Which edition do you own?

Embarrassing to admit that I mixed this race up with the Geoden (other side of the board).
So all good.
