I too support the old artwork. It is much easier to interpret and work with and not just because I am familiar with it from my physical copy and from the artwork that I've played online since this game dropped. This pastel artwork is washed out and just 'blah'. Ideally, the artwork motif could be something the initiator could select at setup, though I would never choose this art.

The new one is awful.
YES, please provide an option for the previous version.

Agreeing with folks here : Aesthetics aside, the new graphics are -much- harder to read, and therefore a big step backwards in UX and playability for this game. I filed a suggestion asking for a CHOICE in graphics.

Also there's a bug filed for the mix-up between Dock and Chinatown:

Noting there are 8 people in this thread who basically never post on the forums, 3 of whom literally this was their first post ever.
When the silent people start speaking up, there must be a good reason!

The previous version worked so well visually as opposed to the new one. I'm sure the new one can be improved upon but let's have the previous version back while the new one gets worked on.

Totally agree -- please give us an option to use the old graphics, which was much easier to navigate and also matches the physical copy I own.

the new artwork for Yokohama are difficult to read, in part because the colors are not as vibrant as the game appears to be physically.

I would prefer an option to switch back to the old game art, or the new art needs to be vibrant and have more contrast.

I fully agree. The new one is a disaster.
This is my favorite game and I am close to stop playing it due to that.
At least please propose both graphics
