highlight last placement for players

During the placement phase it would be nice to see where everyones last move was. Especially for turn based games.
Maybe highlight the tile the meeple was placed on, or add an icon on top of it?

Having to press "replay last move" is just annoying for this type of case.

Yes, I agree! In multiplayer games (especially turn-based) I would like to see, perhaps some kind of outline around all pieces that have been placed or moved since my most recent turn.

Yeah the log doesn't give enough info just reading that, and I didn't know you could replay last move... I'll go figure out how to do that now!
