I don't have the sharpest coding skills, but still have the basics. I want to try myself at coding a pretty simple game that I like a lot, called "1000 bornes"
But I guess I need to have the authorization from the game rights owner ? Or is it allowed to make these games anyway ?

I'm not even sure I can be good enough to make a proper port, but before starting a project, I want to know if I'm allowed to.
