Any plans to add the second dispenser and "bell" for sixth student?

I searched the forum for several terms I thought might lead to this information before posting this so I apologize if I missed finding an existing thread. I've read the sixth student rules and it mentions having a second dispenser and a school bell that is used when it's time to switch dispensers. Will this ever be implemented in the BGA version of the game?

Forget the question, it appears that I just wasn't in a game that had the second dispenser. I see it now.
