LAMA Faction Upgrade didn't work

When I upgraded my LAMA Faction, I couldn't select any blue tiles (and I clicked the pile to no avail), but I couldn't go back to the Farm/Blue selection in order to try and purchase a Farm.

I had to pass the action, and so my faction upgrade didn't do anything for me. Is it a bug, or is it because I had not enough pollen to purchase blue tiles, or what?

Yes please report a bug, but if I had to guess: you didn't have room for the new tile (no free spaces in your hive)
