Highest scores?

Post by zortog »

Curious if anyone has gotten a higher score in this game - I just had a ridiculous game where I was on the edge of losing, endorsed fission, but failed both times, then did a share of higgs boson, so all the cards ended up in the score piles. My opponent had 323, and I had just 114 (I told you I was losing..!)

I still had a 10 city in my hand though, and was able to play it as my 1st action, get one achievement from the city, and then claim another to win. Utterly ridiculous!

I'm really enjoying this cities/artifacts combo, just because it can be so silly sometimes. Though I can see why many people wouldn't like it so much!

Pretty sure 300-something is the highest I've seen either with Pride and Prejudice like gozik, or with a massive hand plowed into Suburbia late game.

If you're intentionally trying for highest score, you probably can construct a scenario where all but a few cards wind up in your score pile. You probably would need to keep dogma-ing agriculture, plus another card that lets you steal from your opponent's hand or return cards to the deck.
