Games you want to play now / Ranking filter

Hello!

Let's say we're just starting to play a specific game, and we're currently average. Or we're a good player of a game but the majority of the current game listings are for Expert players. Is it possible to filter the game results to show the ones that we are able to join? It is annoying to look at games we cannot join one after another.

This is a good idea, it's really odd to me that the "Play Now" buttons leads to a list of games I can't join, and it's not just skill level there's also games where I've already joined or it's restricted to a group I'm not in (commonly <user name>'s friends) (edit: Also full games that haven't started yet, and reputation restrictions).

I am in agreement with this suggestion... I can't think of any reason that I am shown games I cannot join, for whatever reason. (Not correct level, private group, game is full & spots are being held for specific players, etc.)

I would also like to suggest that I can select the variants I would like to play of a game when adding a game to my 'games I want to play now list'. Example: I only like to play Saboteur with variant Saboteur 2 turned on. But, I am constantly suggested to join regular Saboteur games. This wastes the time of the player who suggested to me, and it would be nice if I wasn't shown these games, since I know I will not join one.

i would support being able to restrict game invites to selected variants, but not the original suggestion.

i have been at many tables where skill, ELO, variant, group membership, etc. is all open to being adjusted to accommodate someone else who wants to play. if you *really* want to sit in on a table ... use the table chat to see if the table admin is willing to switch things up to your liking. the worst they can say is no.
