Is any of the specific situation temporar evolutions working?

So in current game I want to play the evolution eats, shoots and leaves which I can only play when entering tokyo but the game doesn't let me do.

I had a similar problem few weeks ago where I want to use temporary evolution as well, the one preventing damage and it did nothing.

I really no idea what I have to do to play this temporary evolutions...

That seems to be an issue with the mutant evolution variant. If a non-Panda character has Eats Shoots and Leaves, it doesn't seem to work correctly. It's been reported as a bug several times, but remains unfixed. I'd recommend avoiding mutant evolution - it is extremely bugged and also slows down the start of the game unnecessarily.

Yeah, pretty sad. It might costs me the tournament because it's one everybody proceeds but last place and I'm pretty behind in VP and just needed to kill 1 with this card
