Option to avoid Unique cards

Hi, I'm starting at the game and I want to learn but every deck I encounter has at least one Unique if not more and I lose because (in part) these cards have really strong effect/stats. I don't want to play the basic deck because I'd like to learn to play the one I like but please add an option to avoid decks with Uniques because this transforms this game into a pay to win at the moment.

Again, just lost against a person with uniques that cost more than 5 times what my deck costs.
If I were IRL, I could ask the person to not play with uniques and I've never seen someone refused that to a new player, because they are nice and not dumb.
Show me the code and I'll do it myself but for the love of this game, PUT AN OPTION TO GET RID OF UNIQUES !
It's not difficult !

Sorry to tell but uniques are part of the game :/ you could ask the person in face of you to put it in mana if he draw it, other than that. I don't know what to tell you, it for sure isn't on their plans.


But there is a tournament without uniques called the NUC (no uniques challenge), maybe you can try to look for that, i don't know how to register however

I know it's part of the game, just it's overpowered compared to normal decks. And I don't want to enter a tournament, I'm learning the game.
So yeah, an option to have custom deck without uniques is not too much to ask, like there is the option to only use base decks.
Either the mods aren't looking or aren't listening but it's really bad manner.

Equinox has the control of what is proposed here, so it's useless to ask here, go try convincing them directly.

I know there are really powerful uniques and Equinox lost the control about balancing the uniques. If you dont wanne play with uniques and you wanne learn the game you should choose the demo decks of the new set maze. If Im not wrong you can choose a option that allows you to play against people with the same option (buuuut im not sure -> demo deck vs demo deck).
But you dont need to pay a lot of money for overpowered uniques. If you take some time you will find good uniques for a few euros. You could build a deck around off meta uniques for sth like 30€ and you will be able to build a strong deck as well. And a deck should work without uniques, thats the most important part of building your deck.
