Tooltips on Ipad

Hello, I seem to have a settings problem. On my iPad, the tooltips only pop up briefly and then disappear again. What can I do?

Hello,

if you click on the second icon on the players info, you'll see all cards and the infos.

But the problem remains for other tooltips, like for the decrees. You can’t read those on iPad.
